Henkel Loctite Stycast EFF 15 is a one component, heat curing, epoxy based, syntactic foam powder that is used filling voids and reaching small spaces in electronic components. It offers low shrinkage, low stress, and is self-extinguishing. Used to infiltrate around densely packed components, fill voids in electronic modules and to lend physical support to delicate components.
